MRT-7 - Depot Facilities

Working with Hyundai Rotem Company as our client, Steconfer was awarded the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of the Depot facilities for the "Metro Rail Transit System and Intermodal Transportation Terminal of the MRT-7 Project – Metro Manila."

The Depot facilities are located near the 'Sacred Heart Station' (Station 12) and consist of the execution of a 10 km ballasted track, plinth track in O&M buildings, plinth track for the train washing building, and 60 turnout installations.

The major contract supplies to be considered under this contract for track installation include ballast, rail joints and bolted joints, aluminothermic weldings, as well as the incorporation of heavy track equipment for track installation.
