PEAB Anläggning AB
03‑2019 - 06‑2020
The tramway project at Ringön, stage 1 is the first of Västfastigheter's two stages within the new depot area for trams in Ringön.
The tram depot is an important part of the region's investment in public transport. It provides the conditions for managing a future expansion of tram traffic and can relieve existing depots.
This stage included erecting a track harp for the parking of trams, connecting tracks, a canopy over the track harp and a smaller service hall.
The entire stage with service hall and parking spaces for wagons was put into service in June 2020.
Steconfer's scope in this project included the supply, installation and commissioning of public lighting on dedicated poles and catenary masts, signalling system and its interface with the existing control, catenary outdoor and inside the workshop, and track.
